tor + Privoxy

废话少说，马上操作：
1、安装tor。tor目前提供win32、linux、bsd等平台的版本，我用的是0.1.0.12-win32
stable版。
2、安装Privoxy。Privoxy目前也是提供了win32、linux、bsd等平台的版本，我用的是3.0.3
（stable）. 3、启动tor 4、启动Privoxy
5、在Privoxy-Option-Edit main
configration，在最顶上加上这条： forward-socks4a /
localhost:9050 .（可别忘了那个 “.” 号哦）
6、然后在浏览器里边将代理地址写成： localhost:8118
得！大功告成！ tor的网站：http://tor.eff.org

www.miranda-im.org Miranda IM is a multi protocol instant messenger
client. Miranda IM is designed to be resource efficient and easy to
use. It uses very little memory and requires no installation. Just
unzip and run! This also makes it ideal for users that want to run
their messenger client from a removable storage such as an USB
